Cash or a check payable to one of our members (not The Bella Trio!) are acceptable forms of payment. Payment is due one week prior to the event. We find that this helps make things less hectic for you the day of your event. Please mail your payment to the address listed in our contract. No deposit is necessary.
As of January 1, 2009, our new rates will be:
For a trio:
- $450 for the first hour or portion thereof.
- $225 for each additional hour.
For a quartet:
- $600 for the first hour or portion thereof.
- $300 for each additional hour.
Travel Fees:
We often travel to destinations around the Puget Sound area. We are all Seattle locals, so we do assess a travel fee as compensation for the additional time and cost required for more remote destinations.
Here are our travel fees to some areas around the Puget Sound:
Tacoma - $75
Gig Harbor - $150 plus toll fees
Snoqualmie/Sammamish - $60
Everett - $45
Orcas Islands - $300 plus ferry fees
Bainbridge Island - $75 plus ferry fees
Consultations:
We are more than happy to help you select music for your wedding, and can provide some standard suggestions. We find that this is easily discussed via email. If you would like a private consultation in person, (rather than via email) we do charge a $25 fee.
